Detail Description of Services:

Design/build services for a warehouse/multi-purpose building in the U.S. Embassy compound in Mongolia. All design and construction was performed using Metric standards and in compliance with the Department of States guidelines. Design and construction work included civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical expertise.

The building is approximately 670 square meters. Related work included site excavation, underground utilities, foundations, slab-on-grade construction and building erection.

Due to the success of the first phase, AAROTEC was tasked to provide design and construction services for the interior finishing, exterior landscaping and final occupancy approval of the building. AAROTEC has been additionally tasked to perform an addemdum to this phase consisting of renovations to the reception area of the Embassy’s Chancery Building and making additions to the security system conduit.
