Drawing on many years of international aviation experience, AEF has developed two regularly scheduled training programs to address the issues typically facing airport professionals. These programs, the Executive Training Program and the Management Training Program, are offered twice each year and have open registration. In addition, AEF offers Custom Training Programs such as the Airport Privatization Process Training Seminar that are customized and delivered on-demand to meet the specific needs of any aviation organization throughout the world. AEF organizes Orientation Visits for aviation officials wanting to tour and meet with officials at high-tech US aviation facilites.

Each AEF training program is designed to maximize the transfer of information and technology by providing delegates with the following:

• On-the-job training at airports
• Access to regulatory, safety, and financing agencies
