The Executive and Management Training Programs

The Executive and Management Training Programs examine the topics and issues faced each day by airport and/or aviation system operators. Both programs are comprised of a series of seminars (listed below); each seminar within the program is approximately two to three hours in length and is led by international aviation experts. Both programs have open-registration and are offered twice a year in Washington DC, once in the spring, and again in the fall.

Beginning in 1999, AEF is offering two levels of the Executive and Management Training Programs to meet the training needs of aviation professionals around the world. A "Level I" program will continue to provide delegates with a thorough and general overview of the seminars listed. After participants have completed a Level I course, they are encouraged to enroll in "Level II". A Level II course builds on the concepts and information conveyed in the Level I course, exploring each topic more deeply and comprehensively.

Executive Program Seminars Include:

  • Airport Master and System Planning
  • Aviation Demand Forecasts and Airline Market Analysis
  • Airport Management and Management Systems
  • Management of New Technologies in Aviation
  • Airport Privatization and Concessions Planning
