The AAROTEC Port Division, originating from the former James C. Buckley, Inc., has specialized in port, harbor, and waterway development management, planning, design and development since 1949. The Port Division and its staff has carried out diverse projects which cover the reorganization of Port Authorities to the design and construction inspection of major international cruise ship facilities.
